- 3 · Get your STL in 2-4 days — watertight, pre-oriented, ~120 mm tall so it scales cleanly to 32 mm tabletop or 150 mm display. Print it forever.

What photo do I need to send?
Any clear reference: a character-sheet drawing, an AI portrait, a photo of a person or pet, official art. One good front view is enough; extra angles help. Paste the image link (Google Drive, Imgur, anything public) into the order box.
How long does a custom miniature take?
Your print-ready STL lands in your email within 2-4 days of ordering. Complex requests that need a quote may add a day of back-and-forth first.
What file do I receive and can I sell prints?
A watertight, print-ready STL sized around 120 mm (scale freely in your slicer), covered by the same license as our catalog: personal printing plus selling your physical prints. The digital file itself stays yours to print, not to redistribute.
What if I do not like the result?
Email us within a week and we make one round of reasonable adjustments free. If we simply cannot make your request work, we refund 100% — you never pay for nothing.
