Refunds on Digital Downloads

Digital files can't be "returned", so most STL stores simply say all sales are final. Our policy is more useful than that:

We make it right if

• The file is broken — won't open, fails mesh checks, isn't the advertised model. We fix and re-deliver, or refund in full. Every mesh is validated before release, so this is rare, but the promise stands.
• You were charged and got nothing — payment succeeded but no links arrived and we can't restore them. Full refund.
• You bought the same file twice by accident. We refund the duplicate.

What we can't refund

Failed prints caused by slicer settings, resin exposure or printer calibration aren't grounds for a refund — but they ARE grounds for free help. Send a photo of the failure to info@dndminiaturestl.com and we'll troubleshoot it with you; our guides on resin vs FDM and supports solve the most common failures.

To claim a refund, email your PayPal order ID (it's on your receipt) within 30 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
