About This Sculpt

Caught mid-aim, this scout levels a loaded crossbow across his body, string drawn and bolt seated, while a ragged cloak hangs off one shoulder and a full quiver rides his belt. The weathered face and patched jerkin sell him as the gang's lookout, the one who fires first from the treeline. Open any road ambush with his shot: a Bandit's light crossbow (1d8+1) from hiding forces the party to spend round one finding cover, and upgrading him to a Scout (CR 1/2) adds a second attack. The crossbow held tight against the torso is the printer-friendly detail here — no floating arms to support — though the bow arms' tips and the trailing cloak edge each want two or three light contact points.
